    3 pounds chicken wings
    2/3 cup smooth natural peanut butter, stirred

    1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

    1 tablespoon sriracha (more if desired)
    1-2 teaspoons Truvia brown sugar blend (or 1 tablespoon honey)
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemongrass
    1/3 cup chopped peanuts
    3 green onions, sliced green part only
