Chocolate Peda


    1 cup Unsweetened Khoya, crumbled
    1/4 cup Sugar
    2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
    2 – 3 tbsp Milk
    Almonds for garnishing


Take the broken khoya in an exceedingly pan and warmth for a moment.
Add milk and sugar and blend well.
Let the sugar dissolves fully.
Keep stirring over a medium – low flame till the mixture thickens and leaves the edges of the pan.
Add chocolate and blend till combined.
take away from the flame and let it settle down.
once the mixture heat enough to handle, knead it into a swish dough. Grease your hand with very little drawn butter if required.
Divide the mixture into equal sized balls.
form them into flat discs and press gently shredded almonds within the center.
